<p>The present invention relates to a food waste dryer. The food waste dryer includes a humidity sensor and a pollution level sensor at right places of a main body case or a discharging tube to control the number of rotation of a blower fan during dry of food waste input in a food waste accommodating container depending on a change in pollution level detected by the pollution level sensor or a change in moisture detected by the humidity sensor and control the number of rotation of a blower fan depending on whether a sleep mode is selected or not by a sleep mode button or depending on the time predetermined by a timer. According to the present invention, the food waste dryer can operate and control the maximum rotation number of the blower fan to be lower than the maximum rotation number based on the result of detecting the humidity or pollution level changed according to the dry condition of food waste, thereby solving the existing problems of noise and energy consumption generated when the blower fan is operated in the maximum number of rotation regardless of dry condition of food waste.</p> |
