<p>The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing obesity including a drug measuring a level of protein encoded by mRNA of a gene AW544981 or the gene, a kit for obesity diagnosis including the composition, and a screening method of an obesity drug. The gene AW544981 according to the present invention is highly expressed in an obesity-induced group significantly increased compared to a normal group (control group) and the expression thereof reduces during obesity therapy, thereby being usefully used for diagnosing obesity.</p> |
