<p>A method of generating semantic models for failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) documents comprises: a preprocessing step of extracting sentences from FMEA documents; a syntactic analysis step of generating a token where at least one part of speech is tagged by dividing the extracted sentences into tokens and analyzing parts of speech of the tokens; and a semantic analysis step of generating at least one semantic model by applying an extracted rule to the token where the part of speech is tagged.</p> |
