<p>Provided by the present invention are a three-dimensional model materialization device of a helicopter rotor and a processing method thereof. The three-dimensional model materialization device of a helicopter rotor includes: a model building module unit which builds a kinematics model of a rotor by materializing the three-axis rotary motion of a blade; a transmission process modeling module which models and displays a pitch motion transmission process which is delivered from an actuator to the blade through a swash plate by using the kinematics model of the rotor; a motion materialization module which makes a three-axis rotary motion of both ends of a linkage by using the kinematics model of the rotor and materializes and displays a lead-lag damper and the straight line motion of the actuator; and a joint display module which displays a major component generating the motion of a major rotor and a joint needing a modeling by using the kinematics model of the rotor. The present invention as described above maximizes design convenience by easily materializing the kinematics model of a complex three-dimensional shape from a three-axis blade motion and an actuator input to a blade output by displaying a major component generating a motion and a joint needing a modeling in three-dimensional shapes by using an organization analysis of a general rotor structure which has a three-axis (pitch, flap, lag) hinge of a blade and has a swash plate shape.</p> |
