PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase data transmission opportunity while reducing data collision.SOLUTION: Communication devices 2A, 2B, 2C are configured to radio transmit periodic transmission period information, a data indicative of a periodic transmission period. On receipt of the periodic transmission period information from a periodic transmission device 2, communication devices 3A, 3B, 3C transmits data in a random transmission period, which is outside the periodic transmission period indicated by the periodic transmission period information, as a random transmission period. The communication device 2 transmits data with reduced transmission power than in the periodic transmission period of the own communication device 2, if the transmission timing of the transmission data is within the periodic transmission period and outside the periodic transmission period of the own communication device 2. A communication device 3 transmits data with reduced transmission power than in the random transmission period, if the transmission timing of the transmission data is within the periodic transmission period and within the periodic transmission period of the communication device 2 incapable of direct data reception. |
