PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deformation performance of a member by preventing buckling of axial reinforcements and delaying the occurrence of the buckling.SOLUTION: A reinforcement strengthening structure, which strengthens reinforcements constituting a column 1 in a structure of reinforced concrete construction, includes a plurality of main reinforcements 2 and a plurality of hoops 3, which assume a square in a cross-sectional view and which are embedded in concrete 5, and strengthening materials 4 that are disposed in an unanchored state in the lateral parts of the main reinforcements 2 in such a manner as to continue in the length direction of the column 1, respectively. The strengthening material 4 comprises an inside strengthening material 4A that is disposed inside the main reinforcement 2 at the corner 1a of the column 1, and an outside strengthening material 4B that is disposed outside the main reinforcement 2 at a central part 1b except the corner 1a. |
