<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain water evaporator of a cooling device, for discharging drain water in an evaporation pan fixed in a machine chamber into a drain water tank removably disposed, at any time. <P>SOLUTION: The drain water evaporator 28 includes: an evaporation pan 30 which is disposed in a machine chamber 10 of a cooling device and which receives drain water from a cooler 44 constituting a refrigerant circuit of the cooling device and evaporates the water; and a drain water tank 31 located below the evaporation pan 30 and mounted removably in the machine chamber 10.
