<p>The invention relates to a making device of a passenger conveyor mobile armrest; even a plurality of canvases have different friction features, the canvases have same contact resistance on a surface contacting with a die; the passenger conveyor mobile armrest is provided with a ring type main body resin portion with a C-shaped cross section, and the canvas arranged in a long edge of the main body resin portion and on an inner side of the main body resin portion; the canvas has a slide cloth and a base cloth arranged in the main body resin portion and high friction features; the slide cloth is arranged on the base cloth in a mode in which a part of the surface of the base cloth is covered, and has lower friction features than the base clot; the making device comprises the following structures; a die making the main body resin portion and the canvas in one body moudling; an extrusion machine extruding the mobile armrest through the die moulding; a guide belt configured in the die so as to contact with a lower surface of a central portion of the base cloth with high friction features, the guide belt has same low friction features with the canvas and is in a ring type, and the ring type guide belt and the canvas are extruded from the die.</p> |
