<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating tumor cell measuring apparatus capable of accurately and swiftly measuring circulating tumor cells in vivo non-invasively. <P>SOLUTION: The circulating tumor cell measuring apparatus 1 includes: a light source 3 for emitting light; a wavelength variable filter 4 which transmits light of a prescribed wavelength range of the incident light emitted from a marking agent to outside the living body when the marking agent is irradiated with the light, and which can change the wavelength range; an area sensor 5 (a photodetection means) for detecting the intensity of the incident light through the wavelength variable filter 4 to acquire the distribution of intensity of the light emitted from a plurality of positions of a target for measurement; and a DSP 6 (an arithmetic operation means) for computing the concentration of the marking agent and the degree of binding with the target based on the distribution of the light intensity acquired by the area sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
