A method for manufacturing a conductive polymer layer according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: coating a conductive polymer composition including a conductive polymer, polysilazane, and a solvent on a substrate; primarily heat treating the conductive polymer composition-coated substrate; cooling the primarily heat treated substrate; and forming a conductive polymer layer by secondarily heat treating the cooled substrate.
