The purpose of the present invention is to provide a urethane waterproofing material using slag, which can recycle resources by substituting the slag which is generated as a by-product when manufacturing steel products from natural resources such as iron ore, coal, limestone, etc into a filter used in the urethane waterproofing material. The urethane waterproofing material consists of main ingredients of prepolymer, and hardeners including polymer polyol, a chain extender, a solvent, the filler, an antifoamer, a pigment, and a catalyst, wherein the filler among the hardeners comprises the slag.
