An arc furnace is provided. The arc furnace includes: a cylindrical furnace body having a floor; a furnace body cover closing an opening of the furnace body to be opened; electrodes installed in the furnace body cover and discharging and melting a metal material which is supplied to the inside of the furnace body; a tilting plate which can be tilted inside a vertical surface; and a rotary device arranged on the tilting plate in the inner side than an outer periphery of the furnace body to support a bottom wall of the furnace body and rotating the furnace body around a shaft core. |
