An embodiment of the present invention is an instrumentation apparatus comprising: an instrumentation circuit which has first to K^th (where K is a natural number) instrumentation unit including a serially connected first serial resistance and a parallel resistance, respectively, and an equivalent resistance measuring unit which measures an equivalent resistance between both terminals of the first instrumentation unit, wherein M+1^th (where M is 1, ..., K-1) instrumentation unit is connected in parallel to the parallel resistance of M^th instrumentation unit.
