<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erecting imaging device which makes a continuous or long-term observation according to an external form or internal structure of a specimen possible. <P>SOLUTION: In an erecting imaging device, an observation part 3 for observing a specimen Sp is arranged above a specimen holding part 2 for holding the specimen Sp, and the specimen Sp on the specimen holding part 2 is observed by the observation part 3.
