<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized and inexpensive folding table device, in which a lowering speed, when the table is lowered to the unused state where the table is facing vertical direction, is effectively decelerated by a simply structured instruments for giving resisting force. <P>SOLUTION: The instruments 34, 36 for giving resisting force is provided to give the resisting force to lowering of a table 4.
