The present invention relates to a display device having a touch screen. The present invention includes: a pixel array substrate having first pads; a touch screen substrate having second pads; an adhesive film which adheres to the pixel array substrate and the touch screen substrate; and a conductive sealant which is connected electrically to the first and second pads between the pixel array substrate and the touch screen substrate. The adhesive film includes: an opening hole on which the conductive sealant is coated; and an extension unit which covers at least a part of the opening hole.
