Disclosed is a gate driving apparatus for driving a gate according to a control signal. When the gate signal is a gate turn-on signal, an upper driving unit amplifies the control signal and turns on the gate. When the gate signal is a gate turn-off signal, a lower driving unit amplifies the control signal and turns off the gate. When the control signal is a gate soft-out signal, a soft out driving unit amplifies the control signal and softens out the gate. When the gate is softened out, a clamping driving unit turns on the lower driving unit and limits a terminal voltage of the gate. |
