Provided is a gas compressing and expanding device using the centrifugal force and inertial force of gas at the same time or dually using a stationary inertial force at a stationary terminal and a rotary terminal to supplement the various weaknesses of a conventional axial flow type gas compressing and expanding device. The axial and centrifugal flow type gas compressing and expanding device facilitates assembly and disassembly and has a simple structure as the rotary terminal can be completely separated from the stationary terminal; and significantly reduces power consumption by facilitating cooling to isothermally compress gas. In addition, the axial and centrifugal flow type gas compressing and expanding device supplements almost all the weaknesses of a conventional axial flow type gas compressing and expanding device as the heat insulation of an expander is facilitated as necessary and the size of the axial and centrifugal flow type gas compressing and expanding device can be significantly reduced. |
