摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermented liquor using expended sorghum bicolor. The fermented liquor using expended sorghum bicolor has excellent anti-acidification, blood sugar reducing performance, and electron giving performance, and high preference as a result of a sensory test, thereby being used as functional traditional liquor. The preparation method of the present invention comprises the steps of: inputting 1 to 3 parts by weight of yeast, 0.5 to 1 parts by weight of leaven, and 100 to 200 parts by weight of water based on the total weight of rice into hard-boiled rice prepared by immersing rice into water and increasing the same; and fermenting the same at 20 to 30°C for 30 to 50 hours.
