AN OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR DELIVERING A TRAY AND THE SYSTEM USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for optimizing withdrawal of a tray and an optimizing system using the same. The method for optimizing withdrawal of a tray by controlling a crane to carry a tray includes the steps of: (a) determining a withdrawal list of a tray; (b) loading, on the crane, a withdrawal requested tray in the withdrawal list according to an order of load priority; (c) loading the trays at the same time on the crane if there are withdrawal requests for the tray loaded on the crane in the step (b) and another tray which can be simultaneously withdrawn within a withdrawal stand-by time limit; and (d) moving the trays loaded in the steps (b) and (c), thereby minimizing the time required for withdrawal of goods and reducing the manufacturing costs by simultaneously withdrawing the same types of trays to reduce the work time required for movement of the trays.
