Disclosed is a vibro-spot welding device. The vibro-spot welding device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes two vibro-spot welders having the same structure to be arranged to correspond to each other. A vibro-spot welder comprises: a mounting frame; a pin guider fixed to the front side of the mounting frame; an electrode rod mounted at the front end of the pin guider; a cap tip mounted at the front end of the electrode rod to apply a current to a weld zone on an object and generate resistance heat; a vibration pin which passes through the cap tip by the front end while being inserted into the pin guider and the electrode rod to be applied to the weld zone and which has a lattice groove on the front end surface; a vibration cylinder which is arranged in the rear side of the mounting frame and which has a vibration shaft for repeatedly moving back and forth; and a stroke control part for controlling the stroke arranged in the front side of the mounting frame to control the stroke of the vibration pin connected to an interlocking shaft using a forward and backward stroke control nut arranged on both sides of a stopper on the interlocking shaft interlocked with the vibration shaft.
