The present invention relates to a removable type cover handle for cookware, capable of being assembled to or separated from a cover for cookware through a simple operation and thus reducing the volume at the time of receiving and packaging and facilitating washing the cover. The removable type cover handle for cookware of the present invention comprises: a sealing coupling element (10) of an elastic material, which has a coupling groove (11) formed along the external circumference surface and thus is insert-coupled to a penetration hole (110) formed in a cover (100) of the cookware and a protrusion portion (12) formed along the inside of the lower end; a catching element (20) which is insert-coupled to the protrusion portion (12) of the sealing coupling element (10) below the cover (100) and has a plurality of catching protrusions (25) formed along the internal circumference surface of the upper end; a handle body(30) having a steam outlet (35) formed at one side of the lower end; a latch (40) which has a plurality of catching pieces (45) corresponding to the catching protrusions (25) of the catching element (20) and is inserted into the penetration hole (110) of the cover (100) and selectively coupled to the catching element (20); a rotary shaft (50) which is coupled to the handle body (30) to be able to rotate; an operation knob (60) which is disposed below the handle body (30) and rotates the latch (40) in a coupling direction or separating direction; and a fixing screw (70) which is coupled to the rotary shaft (50) passing through the latch (40) and the operation knob (60) such that the latch (40) and the operation knob (60) rotate as one body. |
