<p>The present invention relates to a video signal processing device and a video signal processing method, which compensate a level change of a video signal. The present invention can provide the video signal processing device comprising: a signal conversion unit which generates video output signals based on a video input and a reference signal; and a reference signal generation unit which generated a reference signal adjusted so as to correspond to a level change amount when a level of the video input signal is changed. The video signal processing device can further comprise an offset control unit which determines whether or not the level of the video input signal is changed based on an observation signal among the video output signals and generates an offset signal when the level of the video input signal is changed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a PCB design pattern and a board size can be reduced, or circuit complexity or a circuit size can be reduced. Also, manufacturing costs of a board or a circuit device can be reduced.</p> |
