The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation into myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and a method for inducing differentiation thereof. More specifically, provided is a composition for inducing differentiation into myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) comprising a macrophage-colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) as active ingredients. Also, provided is a method for inducing differentiation into myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) comprising the steps of treating macrophage-colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) into myeloid cells as well as inducing differentiation into myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC). Additionally, provided are myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) differentiated by the method for inducing differentiation and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting an immune reaction comprising the same as an active ingredient.
