<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise temperature detection by switching an amount of temperature correction in accordance with a detection level of an infrared ray sensor corresponding to incoming light from light emission means. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: a cooking container 1; a top plate 2; a heating coil 3 for generating an induction magnetic field; an infrared ray sensor 4 for detecting an infrared ray emitted from the cooking container 1 via the top plate 2; temperature detection means 5 for converting a temperature of the cooking container 1 to temperature information on the basis of energy received by the infrared ray sensor 4; heating control means 6 for controlling an amount of heating electric power of the cooking container 1 by controlling a high frequency current of the heating coil on the basis of the temperature information in the temperature detection means 5; and light emission means 7 adapted to deliver light to a detection part of the infrared ray sensor 4. The induction heating cooker includes temperature correction means 8 for correcting the temperature information obtained by the temperature detection means 5 in accordance with a difference in detection level of the infrared ray sensor 4 between light-on and light-off of the light emission means 7, and inputs temperature correction information from the temperature correction means 8 to the heating control means 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
