<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner for a pneumatic tire, which is less reduced in air isolation performance owing to fatigue, and easily produced. <P>SOLUTION: The inner liner for the pneumatic tire contains a rubber composition in which a film piece composed of thermoplastic elastomer composition in which an elastomer component is dispersed into thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic resin component having an air permeability coefficient of 25×10<SP POS="POST">-12</SP>cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>-cm/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-sec-cmHg or less at 30°C is mixed in the range of not less than 0.02 pt.mass to less than 15 pt.mass based on 100 pt.mass of rubber. In the film piece used, a ratio A of a mean principal plane surface S (μm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) to mean thickness G(μm) is 10 to 2.5×10<SP POS="POST">9</SP>, the mean thickness of the film is not less than 0.1μm but not more than 0.1 times the thickness of the inner liner, and the mean maximum length of the film is not less than 0.001 times but not more than 3 times the thickness of the inner liner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
