The present invention relates to a polymer membrane and, more specifically, a polymer electrolyte complex membrane, which maintains high ion conductivity and durability under low humidity and high temperature conditions, a manufacturing method of the polymer electrolyte complex membrane and an energy storage device including the complex membrane. In the present invention, provided is an energy storage device, which uses a novel component polymer electrolyte complex membrane and accordingly improves cell performance and long-term performance even though being used for a long time, because the stability of the novel component polymer electrolyte complex membrane is not decreased. For this, provided is a polymer electrolyte complex membrane including a first polymer with sulfonation graphene oxide and hydrogen ion conductivity. |
