The present invention relates to a precast segment assembly formed by a plurality of precast segments which are connected in the circumferential direction. Provided is the precast segment assembly which includes: the precast segments having an annular cross-section divided in the circumferential direction and having grooves on both side surfaces; an exposed reinforcement which is installed on both sides of the precast segment in the longitudinal direction at intervals, wherein a part of the buried reinforcement arranged in the precast segment is exposed to the groove; a joint steel arranged in the longitudinal direction in a space formed by adjacent grooves of the precast segments which are mutually coupled; and a gout part filled in the space.
