The present invention relates to an upper limb rehabilitation training device, which enables the wrist of users who have part of paralysis to rotate in various directions and leads to the rehabilitation training, comprising a main body having an empty space inside; a rotation member which includes a first rotation member and a second rotation member which are installed at different positions to be rotated; and a connection member which is built in the main body and connects the first rotation member to the second rotation member each other to deliver the reciprocal rotation force wherein the rotation member which has a rotation axis whose one side is connected to the connection member and which is protruded toward the outside of the main body; a rod whose one side is connected to the other side of the rotation axis; and a grip part whose one side is connected to the other side of the rod, thereby enabling users to hold the grip part wherein the grip part is installed parallel or vertically with the rotation axis to be rotated.
