The present invention relates to an ammonia fuel injection system and, more specifically, to an ammonia fuel injection system which pressurizes an ammonia fuel stored in a main storage tank outside a vehicle to inject the ammonia fuel into an ammonia storage tank using an ammonia fuel pump inside the vehicle; thereby reducing the costs for the components as a conventional pump installed in the main storage tank to transfer the ammonia fuel can be eliminated, and facilitating the injection of the ammonia fuel into the main storage tank.
