<p>The present invention provides a method for predicting an interlayer and a method for optimizing signaling in a video parameter set in a multilayer structure. The present invention provides a method and apparatus for improving compression efficiency in a scalable video encoding/decoding process. The efficiency of the scalable video encoding/decoding process is improved by using the optimization method for signaling the interlayer predicting method in the video parameter set in the multilayer structure according to the present invention.</p> |
