<p>The present invention provides a processing device of cultured oysters, which washes and removes various foreign substances (seaweeds, etc.) remaining on the surface of the oyster shells, and grinds the outer circumference to form a space between oyster shells so that an operator conveniently inserts a working knife through the processed space to open the interval between the oyster shells and conveniently collect the flesh. The processing device of cultured oysters comprises a transfer container (2) having a body (6), which includes an inlet (4) for inputting cultured oysters, an outlet (5) for outputting, and multiple through-holes (8), and screw projection pieces (7) arranged along the inner surface of the body (6) in a spiral shape; a fixating frame (3) for combining and fixating the transfer container (2) through a bearing (9) so as to be able to rotate the transfer container (2); a rotation mean for applying a rotary force to the transfer container (2); and a washing means positioned within the transfer container (2) and having a spray pipe (14) to spray washing water supplied from outside.</p> |
