摘要 <p>According to the present invention, a transmission to transmit power from the engine of a vehicle comprises: a hydraulic-mechanical transmission unit coupled to the output part of the engine, and formed as a combination of a hydrostatic transmission (HST) and a mechanical differential gear; an auxiliary transmission part transmitting the output to an axle when the output is continuously varied by the hydraulic-mechanical transmission unit; a PTO shaft transmitting the output from the engine to a working machine; a measurement unit to measure the value of a load on the engine in real time; an axle load measurement unit to measure the value of an axle load on the hydraulic-mechanical transmission unit; and a control part determining the cause of engine overload using the values of the axle load and the load on the engine, and controlling the vehicle to be decelerated to reduce the axle load or controlling a load reduction unit in order to control a load on the working machine to be reduced according to a result from the determination of the cause. The transmission according to the present invention is capable of preventing an overload or engine stall due to the engine overload.</p>
