A method and apparatus for connecting to an Access Point (AP) by which an electronic device can access the Internet are provided. The method includes examining whether an Internet access is requested, determining a candidate AP for providing the Internet access, determining an available AP among the determined candidate APs, displaying the determined candidate AP and available AP, and providing an Internet service on the basis of a specific AP among the determined available APs. |
