Disclosed are a lens driving actuator and a camera lens assembly having the same. The lens driving actuator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a carrier which houses a lens barrel composed of at least one lens; a base which houses the carrier such that the carrier is moved back and forth in an optical axis direction of the lens; and a cover which covers an upper opening of the base which houses the carrier. A guiding portion for guiding the back-and-forth movement of the carrier with respect to the base is provided on the cover, and an arm portion, which faces the guiding portion, is arranged on the carrier in a direction parallel with the optical axis.
