A rotor and motor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a rotor core which penetrates magnet holes, a magnet inserted into the magnet hole, and a fixing member which is inserted into the magnet hole and supports at least one side of the magnet. According to the present embodiment, a magnet can be fixed by a simple process. Also, applying excessive stress to a rotor core can be prevented. |
