The present invention relates to a composite sensor probe integrated with an optical fiber sensor and an electric resistance sensor for simultaneously detecting pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion of an oil or a gas pipeline, and a system for detecting pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion of an oil or a gas pipeline using the same. To be more specifically, the composite sensor probe integrated with an optical fiber sensor and an electric resistance sensor can prevent leakage due to corrosion of an oil or a gas pipeline by easily detecting information on the degree and the position of corrosion or can minimize loss of oil or gas due to the leakage by rapidly detecting the position of leakage when pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion occurs in the oil or the gas pipeline.
