<p>The present invention provides a physical ability testing and training system based on visual information collecting and recognizing capability, including: indoor facilities enabling users to do dynamic and static physical activities blocking natural light from the outside; an input unit for receiving physical activity information that a user desires to perform; a lighting unit for providing lighting for the inside of the indoor facilities, installed at the indoor facilities; and a control unit for controlling the lighting unit through color, blinking and brightness adjustment corresponding to the physical activity information and controlling the indoor facilities to block natural light from the outside. Therefore, the present invention is capable of testing or improving mental thinking ability of user including brain development as well as physical abilities through physical activities for improving visual ability by intentionally giving obstacles in physical activities.</p> |
