<p>The present invention relates to a drafting instrument and, more specifically, relates to a polygonal drafting instrument capable of drawing various shaped and sized figures more easily when drawing a polygonal figure such as a triangle or a quadrangle used in a fine art class and a mathematics class; and comprises: a basic ruler having holes at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, where two rulers with measurement signs are rotationally combined; and an auxiliary ruler having holes at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, having a measurement sign. The present invention is comprised of control pins which can be inserted into the holes or can be mutually combined by being protruding by making the diameter of upper sides of the holes of the basic ruler and the auxiliary ruler slightly wider, and by making the diameter of hole parts of the lower sides of the basic ruler and the auxiliary ruler slightly narrower than the diameter of the upper sides of the holes. Angle graduations are written in one rotatable part between the combined two rulers of the basic ruler. The measurement sign are written on both sides of the basic ruler and the auxiliary ruler.</p> |
