摘要 The present invention relates to hollow lithium transition metal oxide particles and to a method for producing the same. The hollow lithium transition metal oxide particles include lithium transition metal oxide particles consisting of secondary particles produced by cohering two or more primary particles, wherein a hollow core unit is included in each secondary particle. The hollow lithium transition metal oxide particles according to an embodiment of the present invention consist of secondary particles produced by cohering primary particles and respectively have a hollow part therein. When the same is applied to a positive pole, the secondary particles are rolled so that the hollow parts are destroyed and the secondary particles are broken. Accordingly, a spring back phenomenon is decreased, and adhesion and processability can be improved.
