<p>The present invention relates to an oil leakage detecting device in an oil tank and, more specifically, to an oil leakage detecting device in an oil tank which instantly detects oil leakage even when an oil level varies by attaching an oil leakage detecting sensor on a float which floats according to the oil level in a pipe buried underground. In order to accomplish this, the present invention comprises a buoy whose body is made of a floating material; the oil leakage detecting sensor attached to a side of the buoy, wherein a resistance value of the oil leakage detecting sensor varies according to an oil flow; and a weight mass installed at a lower portion of the buoy, wherein the buoy is inserted into a vertical punching unit for detecting oil leakage such that the buoy floats and detects the oil leakage, and the oil leakage detecting sensor is composed of a base film layer in a tape-like shape, and a conductive line made of a material, whose resistance value varies in response to the oil flow, formed in a length direction on an upper surface of the base film layer.</p> |
