The invention can be used in automation, machine vision, image recognition and robotics when solving tasks for remote monitoring and control of moving objects. Relative speed of objects is measured based on two-dimensional images formed using monocular black-and-white, colour, spectrozonal or other TV cameras.EFFECT: high accuracy of television measurements of relative speed of objects at long and medium distances.3 dwg
