FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibration exciter contains casing (1) with discharge channel (23). Inside the casing (1) a shaft (8) is installed with first and second supply channels (11, 15) and central channel (12), and a rotor (3) and a breaker (7). Tangential nozzles (10) of the breaker (7) and tangential nozzles of the rotor (3) are connected with the central channel (12) of the shaft (8). Axial nozzles (5) of the rotor (3) interact with jumpers of the breaker (7). The second supply channel (15) is connected with axial nozzles (5) of the rotor (3) via the through channels (16) of the shaft (8), through channels (17) of the rotor (3) and ring cavity (18) created between them.EFFECT: possibility of independent adjustment of oscillations frequency and amplitude, assurance of work stability under low frequencies.3 cl, 3 dwg |
