PRESSURE COMMAND LEARNING SYSTEM FOR HYBRID VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are an apparatus and method for learning a hydraulic command in a hybrid vehicle, which are capable of allowing the combination of an engine clutch to follow target time and target speed by learning and correcting a hydraulic command in a state where the hydraulic characteristics and friction characteristics of the engine clutch change. The method for learning a hydraulic command in a hybrid vehicle includes starting up an engine and controlling the engine to be in an idle state, when launch control oscillation is required, and determining acceleration of a vehicle with an amount of an accelerator pedal pushed; convert the acceleration into a speed ratio to determine target speed of an input shaft of a transmission, and determining a hydraulic command following the target speed to control the combination of the engine clutch; comparing output speed of the engine clutch with the target speed of the input shaft of the transmission to determine whether a performance error that exceeds a predetermined tolerance occurs; proximating the performance error to a two-dimensional function to divide the performance error into components, if it is determined that the performance error occurs, and determining the divided components to correction points of the hydraulic command, respectively; and adjusting the hydraulic command at each of the correction points to analyze changes in the output performance of the engine clutch, and storing the hydraulic command as a learning value if the output performance of the engine clutch follows the target speed of the input shaft of the transmission.
