<p>The present invention relates to a mobile terminal which creates a first crypto using at least one of an authentication number included in an authentication message received from a payment relay server, a received time of the authentication message, a USIM key recorded in the USIM chip, and an international mobile terminal serial number and to a system and a method for authenticating a user using a USIM chip including a crypto validation server which receives the phone number of the mobile terminal, the authentication number, the reception time and the first cryptor from the payment relay server, verifies validation of the first cryptor by using at least one of the received phone number of the portable terminal, the authentication number, and the reception time, and transmits the verified result to the payment relay server.</p> |
