FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for roller forming of metal sheets. This invention allows forming of the beam of sheet material at vertical or horizontal directions of combination thereof. Bending assy has first pair of forming rollers arranged to interact with first opposite sides of structural beams and second pair of forming rollers arranged to interact with second opposite sides of structural beams. Bending assy supports said first and second pairs of forming rollers so that any selected roll continuously interacts with appropriate beam side while opposite forming roller displaces forward and around said selected forming roller.EFFECT: stable beam bending, precise sizes and stable reproducibility.16 cl, 43 dwg |
