The present invention provides a detection method of an object gene based on electrochemical real-time PCR and a device thereof. The present invention relates to a method for detecting the object gene by electrochemical real-time PC, a kit for the same, and an apparatus thereof. The present invention includes the steps of: supplying a detection object sample; preparing for PCR reaction solution by mixing PCR reaction mixture solution to the sample; and detecting an electrochemical signal.
