<p>In the present invention, disclosed is a transportation module of a glass substrate, comprising a plate-shaped carrier and a supporting tool for supporting the lower surface of the glass substrate located on the upper part of the carrier and having effects of reducing the possibility of generating scratches on the back of the glass substrate since the carrier and the glass substrate are not directly contacted. According to the present invention, the transportation module of the glass substrate is allowed to reduce the possibility of generating scratches on the back of the glass substrate since a graphite sheet is located between the glass substrate and the carrier and thus the graphite supports the glass substrate.</p> |
