FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: electromagnet has a housing with a base, internal and external poles, a control coil and a protective washer. Both poles are provided with expanders at the bottom, wherein the expanders increase the working surface of the poles, narrow and elongate the air gap in between. The expander of the external pole has the shape of a flat ring welded to the pole. The expander of the internal pole consists of a base, having the shape of a washer with a centre through-hole, on the outline of which the base is welded to the pole, and a plug filling the hole. The lateral surface of the expander of the internal pole has the shape of a cylinder or a regular polyhedron, or a cylinder with vertical protrusions which alternate with vertical depressions, and the internal surface of the expander of the external pole is equidistant thereto.EFFECT: higher carrying capacity of the electromagnet when operating with loose cargo.4 dwg |
