According to an embodiment, a cooling water diagnosis apparatus comprises: a sensing unit including at least a pair of first electrodes which sense electric conductivity of cooling water and at least a pair of second electrodes which sense capacitance of cooling water; a signal processing unit having a first insertion hole in which a first electrode terminal and a second electrode terminal respectively extended from the first electrode and the second electrode are inserted, and electrically connected with the first electrode and the second electrode; a terminal in which one side is inserted into a second insertion hole formed on the signal processing unit to be electrically connected with the signal processing unit, and the other side is electrically connected with a control unit; a housing accommodating the sensing unit, the signal processing unit, and the terminal; and a cover closing a space in which the signal processing unit is accommodated on an upper side of the housing.
